Since then I have worked with well-known commercial organisations such as Marks & Spencer, Chase Manhattan Bank, Penguin Books and BBC Television. Public sector clients have included the Scottish Executive, the Prisons Inspectorate, the Department of Health and the Metropolitan Police. I also work with information technology companies. These have included IBM, Microsoft, Fujitsu, Oracle, Hewlett Packard and Nokia. Editing and writing are a major part of my business -- details here. My other main activity is conferences and seminars. I design, manage and chair events throughout Britain and mainland Europe. Affiliations These have included: being a committee member (and joint founder) of The Process Modelling Group chairing the British Computer Society's office automation specialist group founding and chairing the Office of the Future Information Exchange (OFIX) being an active member of the Association of Teachers of Management, a network of organizational development practitioners for several years, being a judge for the annual Information Management awards.
